For consignments above our trade threshold we book a free, fully-insured nationwide courier, usually next-day, with full track-and-trace. For smaller parcels we send pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery packs, insured up to the value of the contents. Walk-in deliveries to our Bury office are welcomed by appointment.
On arrival, every consignment is logged, weighed on certified scales and tested using calibrated XRF. Higher-value parcels are also fire-assayed for verification. You receive a transparent breakdown by metal and grade, against the day’s LBMA fix, with no refining deductions, no admin fees, no surprises.
